Usually when it concerns favorite restaurant people have a huge range of answers. It depends on many things: the quality and taste of food, customer service, premises and place where the restaurant is located. But all this is relative and subjective because tastes differ. But sometimes you really need to know more or to have some advice in order to visit a new place. But what if this is not a new place but good old American fast food restaurant chain, which one would you personally choose? Maybe it will be Burger King?
About the company. Burger King is worldwide chain of hamburger fast food restaurants that was founded by James McLamore and David Edgerton in 1954 in suburban Miami, Florida. The company specializes in fast food offering hamburgers, French fries, milkshakes, various salads. The Whopper is Burger King’s signature hamburger. Net income of the company is $ 148 million. There are 37,000 employees in Burger King. There are Burger King fast food restaurants in 65 countries across the globe. The company is the second largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants in the whole world and has more that 11,200 locations. Burger King is considered to be a socially responsible corporation.
About fast food. The fast food has become a part of our modern life and it makes no sense to deny it. All the truthful surveys of the scientists that state that fast food is very dangerous and shortens our life do not stay in our memory for a long time. Everything has become very fast: the rhythm, the pace, the relationships, the thoughts and finally, the food. And if the results of such a nutrition do not appear that fast, we just refuse to believe or just to remember them. It is easy and comfortable to have some snack on you way somewhere and it does not take much time. That is why we still go to such places as Burger King.
Brothers McDonald introduced this “Speedee Service System” that is the basis of all fast food industry nowadays. There are 31,000 locations of Burger King inside the US and 20,000 more across the world. It is surely expanding. Burger King specializes in selling different burgers, French fries, breakfast items, beverages, desserts. There is a restaurant in every developed country and it is a symbol of the expansion of the American culture all over the world.

Electronic commerce expands every day. Consumers consider it very comfortable to buy things and services on the Internet and companies state that it is very profitable business. That is why in some cases everybody is happy and satisfied. But in the most cases it happens that the customers get not what they wanted because the Internet is such a place where everything is virtual: products, services and sometimes even companies. And what do people have to do when they received a broken or defected product and there is not company to be responsible for this? And sometimes some companies like CyberSonic destroy the confidence of customers in purchasing something on the Internet.

The company provides different gaming platforms, CD roms, multimedia presentations, toothbrushes, cinematographic animation, and many other related services. The company offers the integration of sound effects, ambiance, music, and voices with a visual element. Besides, Cybersonic Company claims to provide the reduction in costs and the increase of the efficiency of merchandising.
Cybersonic complaints. There have been a number of complaints filed against the customers. Frustrated customers report about the faulty products provided by Cybersonic. Probably, the most widely spread case is with Cybersonic toothbrush. Most people that purchased the thing got very depressed and disappointed. People complain that toothbrushes have some defects and stop working very soon. And when the customers buy a product from Cybersonic, they receive instructions concerning the return of the toothbrush. To get the refund or the exchange, they need to insure the device and track the delivery of the device. And then the customers can wait for ever for their toothbrushes because they can never appear in their hands again. And all the attempts to call CyberSonic customer support are in vain, because all they can say is that the replacement items will be received shortly. In addition, the company promises in the advertising that it will send replacement brushes every three month. That is not true as well. They do not send anything, but they can charge the card of the customer anyway. That is why everybody has to be very careful while dealing with Cybersonic.

There are some defects that make people feel uncomfortable. Blindness has been quite a problem until glasses were founded. For some time people were ashamed to wear glasses and then contact lenses were introduced. But today even people with perfect sight wear glasses because they make them look smart, elegant and austere.

LensCrafters was the first optical retailing company which could provide its clients with the necessary product in about an hour. At the stores people can find all the most famous and fashionable brands like Versace, Vogue, Prada, Chanel, Bulgari, and Dolce & Gabbana. There are more than 890 stores throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Among the products offered by the company areWomen’s Frames, Women’s Sunglasses, Men’s Frames, Men’s Sunglasses, Kids’ Frames, Lenses, Contact Lenses, Safety Glasses. Lenscrafters also offers so called plano lenses. These are lenses which you can buy without prescription. As well there are hip tints and scratch resistant and anti-reflective coatings. If a person needs a prescription for lenses he\she does not have to bring a prescription from a doctor for customers’ convenience there is a doctor not far away from each LensCrafters location.
Customers claim. Although Lenscrafters has such a great ‘resume’ its clients tend to argue. They say that in some stores the customer care is extremely poor, the lenses are scratched and it takes too long (from several weeks) until they bring you another pair of glasses. In most cases the defects are not recognized to be manufacturer’s fault. And if they do accept the rejects it takes too long to get them fixed. When you go to their doctor for consultation you have to stay in terrible lines although you have checked the schedule in advance. The design and the price are corresponding but not the quality and service. Maybe these are only claims of people who can not afford such expensive optical goods every day and they want to pay the saved money for something worth. But still it should be taken into consideration.
